On April 20, 1972 Apollo 16 astronauts John Young and Charles Duke set the Lunar Excursion Module, Orion down in the vicinity of the Descartes Mountains in the Lunar Highlands. Apollo 16 was the second of the three J Series extended missions which included the Rover. As with all Apollo surface exploration the astronauts operated primarily under the guise of performing the field reconnaissance, photo documentation, and sampling portion of a geotechnical investigation. Not to say that the AS16 geological investigation wasn’t important, as it was, yielding unexpected results. But, as usual (And for good reason) the investigation struck out to provide support that volcanism played a part in the morphology of the region. NASA’s Photographic Rule of Rocks and Dust was in full effect. Anything artificial found was censored by alteration or removed entirely from the image prior to public availability as has been described in previous sections.
As with Apollo 15 at Hadley Rille and Apollo 17 at Taurus Littrow, Apollo 16’s Young and Duke are in an area of Lunar Ruins. The Descartes Mountains or significant portions thereof are not mountains at all but rather the remnants of colossal structures. As was done with the Taurus Littrow Valley imagery, many of the background views are altered. This can be confirmed by examining specific areas. The often less censored medium resolution direct film scans of the purported original 70mm media downloaded from NASA History circa 2004 will be the primary image source.
What can be confirmed is that astronauts John Young and Charles Duke on their expedition in the Lunar Highlands made discoveries which were well beyond incredible. And most assuredly only a very small fraction of those revelations for whatever reason, for a time escaped full photo censorship to be presented below.
We will now examine some of the Apollo 16 discoveries revealed through the 70mm photo documentation. The below labeled image (17543) taken at Geology Station 8 points out three highlighted areas as seen within the ovals. This frame is significant in that it clearly shows several areas of the regolith where artifacts at or just below the soil cover prior to excavation and is the best example I have seen. The red oval area isolates a slightly arched material covered with soil which looks to have an open end. The blue oval area is more of the same although with less soil cover being more pronounced clearly seen as thin, shaped objects something akin in appearance to sheet metal. Within the yellow oval is artificial debris on the surface.
A careful review of frames 17541-17547 reveals the usual photographic
Shenanigans. Of course the actual finds under the cover materials are not shown and instead we get the following description per The Lunar Surface Journals:
“AS16-107-17541 (OF300) (252k or 1035k)
147:12:21 John stepped around to the sunlit side of the large Station 8 boulder. The scoop is resting on the fillet at the base of the rock. Fillets are composed of ejecta from nearby – or distant – impacts that splashed on the side of the rock and fell down onto the rising skirt of dirt. This is one of the best Apollo fillet photos.
It all makes sense now. Artifacts on or slightly below the surface are – “…ejecta from nearby – or distant – impacts that splashed on the side of the rock.” Further- NASA defines a fillet as “A mound of soil banked against a rock.”
Of course this is all just cover for what is really going on. Later in this section a similar occurrence will be looked at, though in that instance the radical discovery lying beneath will be seen. And, as usual the discussed areas are altered in the present supposed high resolution official photos from NASA.
The next photo is 18653HR with astronaut Charles Duke at Station 11, Outhouse Rock. The frame is a 250 dpi scan of a good quality printed photograph. It was downloaded from NASA servers time stamped- Friday, May 13, 2005, 12:59:48 AM. In the far right upon magnification is seen a strange figure of what appears to be an animal head of some sort. Even for the moon the reader might think the presence of such an object however small, seems very odd. I might not have brought this up without further support or risk being accused of seeing things; which is sometimes called paradelia- seeing faces in clouds etc. The fact is, there is support, and as they say, “Where there is one there are many.” The frame following serves as confirmation.

The graphic documents two important facts.
1- The anomalous animal head figure seen in 18653 – Outhouse Rock is present in different size at another location. The heads themselves may be the partial remains of once living creatures entering astronauts Young and Duke into the realm of lunar paleontology and anyone thinking that this specimen was not collected in a sample bag and returned to earth for study is beyond naive. I once showed these images to a friend and had asked him what he thought it was. His reply- “It’s a Lunar Proboscis Kitty Kat.”
2- As was documented on multiple occasions in Part 4 at Taurus Littrow, astronauts Charles Duke and John Young are as well being accompanied by at least one little individual at the Geology Station 8 rake area. (The red arrows in the graphic point to two small overlapping boot prints.) For scale there is a U.S. boot print within 9 inches of the neighbor prints. The end radius of the impression determines the proportion and cannot be changed. People in denial seem unable to perform this simple analysis. Bottom line- You can’t fix stupid.
Next, we go to Buster Crater where explorers John Young and Charles Duke uncover something fantastic. We begin with AS16-109-17838. Your attention is directed to the lower left corner of the image. The end of a thin, shaped piece of material is seen covered with a layer of soil. A void or opening beneath it can be seen. This is similar to the cover materials discussed in 17543 above.
Note-The gnomon has been broken so in its place the scoop has been substituted for scale and reference.
In 17839 the cover plate has been removed revealing the find. The blue arrows in the magnified inset point to two distinct objects. The object on the left strangely appears as a fox or wolf like creature’s head. I have heard other interpretations as well. The object pointed out to the right is a stylized humanoid head. The black coloration running down the middle of the head is thought to be part of its original appearance and not the result of weathering. Material to the right and below the head appears as partially melted metal. The whole object seems to be the remains of some kind of device of unknown purpose. The object is also seen in 17840 and 17841 although not in focus in either frame. (The area as seen in the inset is approximately 10 inches in length.)

Prior to examining the Apollo data beginning around the start of 2004 I spent over ten solid years reviewing the controlled government /corporate media discredited subject of UFOs. This included reading hundreds of books, (many of which were long out of print) reading literally thousands of reports, opinion articles, listening to audio interviews/testimonies, hearing personal accounts from some of the people I came in contact with, as well as attending two MUFON conferences with several powerful presentations.
What struck me most was that the space being described or inferred in the Ufology accounts (some of which were very well documented) was entirely different than the space the Ruling Oligarchy through their controlled institutions such as NASA were describing. Both views could not be correct.
The UFO accounts inferred an abundance of neighboring extraterrestrial civilization contact while the recognized ultimate authority NASA, reported nothing of the sort only holding out the possibility life may exist on a distant planet to be possibly discovered at some murky future date. Anyone saying otherwise was laughed at and pronounced a tin foil lunatic by ‘experts’ through a synthetic media which generated a monkey see, monkey do reaction from a feeble minded portion of the population. The repression continues to this day.
If you have reviewed the material herein thus far you may realize by now you have, your entire life (along with essentially the entire population of the planet)
been victim of an insidious hoax to mislead your perception of the moon.
Jacques Vallee began his professional career in France studying astrophysics. He later also became a computer scientist residing in San Francisco. Vallee’s interest in extraterrestrial affairs began early on while working at a French observatory where he witnessed professional astronomers destroying film which aroused his curiosity.
Over the years Vallee wrote many books concerning the often strange phenomenon of reported contacts with non human and sometimes human but seemingly non-terrestrial beings. I read all of his books. But then again, I read almost everyone of any note’s book written from the 1950’s through the 1990’s on the subject. I also read among many others The Complete Books of Charles Hoy Fort – The Book of the Damned, Lo! Wild Talents, and New Lands..
For purposes of evaluating the next find by Apollo 16 explorers John Young and Charles Duke, accounts as contained in one book of particular importance written by Vallee may give the essential insight. The title of the book is Passport to Magonia. In it Vallee questions the assumption that most of the contacts people were reporting with supposed extraterrestrials were actually from somewhere else far away. He observed some reoccurring odd or seemingly improbable aspects in many of the reports. First Vallee noted that the much of the time the visitors were breathing our air. Many of them communicated in the language of the locality. And often times no matter their physical appearance or stature they were dressed contemporary for the period. Vallee also noted that creatures conforming to the above description had been reported for centuries sometimes as gnomes, as elves, as tricksters, etc. often having magic powers. They were often the stuff of Fairy Tales. Vallee surmised that many of these beings had been with us since “Time Immemorial.”
In the case of the Great Airship Mystery which began in Oakland California in 1897 the occupants of the craft (disguised as a mechanically powered elongated Hot Air Balloon) spoke perfect English, were well dressed appropriate for the period, and looked exactly like us. There were ongoing sightings, occasional personal interactions, and newspaper accounts that went on for years across the United States documenting this.
What someone would have seen as magic powers three centuries ago or religious miracles even a little over a century ago as by some reports say what really happened in Fatima Portugal in 1917 can today be understood as the product of an advanced technology.
It would have had to have been over twenty-five years ago I read a report that during the excavation of a major Mayan religious complex in the 1950’s after several years of removing debris at the main pyramid archeologists were able to clear out the basement or sub area. The report stated that passageways and stairs carved into solid rock were found in the basement which connected to the other structures in the complex. The passageways were reported to be seven inches in height.
In the following two photos we see the before and after of one of the most significant discoveries of the Apollo surface missions thus far presented for it ties Earth’s history and the past manipulation of Earth civilization to the Moon.
Mission Commander John Young is in a debris field not far from the rim of Flag Crater as seen in the right rear of him. In all there are four photos in the sequence. The photo composition indicates the documentation of an important event. In 17795 (Below) astronaut Young poses in line with the gnomon and the still partially covered find (within the area of the yellow oval) before him. In 17796 a photo from perpendicular to this view is taken from the left for further documentation which is more censored.(Not shown)
In 17797 (Below) the weathered or deteriorated material partially covering the object has been removed. A magnified inset of the specific area has been added. What is seen are the remains of a diminutive individual long dead but still in position in the lower portion of his small spacecraft. Frozen in time his skull still facing what looks to be a panel. The surrounding surfaces in the immediate area indicate structural organization. I want to be very conservative so I won’t say I’m 100% sure on this. So I will so that I am only 99.5% positive on this particular assessment. And of course it should go without saying this material was recovered and returned to Earth for analysis. I have no doubt; none, that the actual 70mm photo in NASA’s possession, would decisively confirm all of this and much more.
And for the screeching chimpanzees, smirking, laughing, doing back flips, smearing their stool on their paddock walls over all of this I offer you the following post mission U.S. Geological Survey interagency communication as seen below.

Yes, Apollo 16 samples were sent to a paleo-biological laboratory for testing.
For further consideration, the terrestrial finds as contained the below graphic may be considered interconnected. Of course the authenticity of the finds is challenged by prevailing dogma.
Fatima
The essentials of the ten page description of Miracle of Fatima as put forth by Jacques Vallee in his book Dimensions (1989) are laid out below. In previous writings Vallee had made the observation that religions are control systems on human behavior.
From Dimensions-
“The events of Fatima Portugal of 1917 actually began two years prior with a fairly classical sequence of UFO sightings…
This “miracle” the reader will note had been predicted several months before by three illiterate children after their vision of a woman “in a bright glow.” She had not said that she was the Virgin Mary. She had merely stated that she was “from Heaven” and to return every month until October when a public miracle will take place “so that everyone may believe.” (Emphasis added)
“The events of Fatima involve luminous spheres, lights with strange colors, a feeling of” heat waves” – all physical characteristics commonly associated with UFOs. They even include the typical falling-leaf motion of the saucer zig-zagging through the air. They also encompass prophesy and a loss of ordinary consciousness on the part of the witnesses- what we have called the psychic component of UFO sightings.”
The first appearance took place on May 13, 1917. The three children were alone
“watching their sheep when a bright flash surprised them and they walked toward a large hollow-pasture called Cova de Iria… to see what happened. They found themselves caught in a glowing light that almost blinded them, and in the center of the light they perceived a little woman, who spoke to them, begging them to return every month to the same spot.
On the second occurrence of June 13, fifty witnesses watched as “the little shepherds knelt and became transfigured as if transported into another world”… Lucia, who was ten at the time addressed an unseen entity whose answers were not heard by others in the group.” At the end of the dialogue all witnesses heard an explosion and saw a small cloud rise from the vicinity of a tree-on which all the succeeding manifestations would center.
“The following month, on July 13, the number of witnesses rose to forty-five hundred. This third apparition was especially remarkable in several respects. It included detailed description by some of the spectators of physical phenomenon that are specific enough to be compared to UFO data. In the words of Joseph Pelletier, in The Sun Danced at Fatima:
It is also remarkable that the children were shown a vision of hell that terrified them and were given a specific prophesy announcing more apparitions of unknown lights in the sky…
On August 13, eighteen thousand people were at the site of the apparitions. The children, however, were not present. They had been kidnapped and jailed by a local official who had decided to put and end to this “nonsense.” In their absence, a clap of thunder was heard, followed by a bright flash. A small whitish cloud was forming around the tree. It hovered for a few minutes then rose and melted away. The clouds in the sky had turned crimson red, and then changed to pink, yellow, and blue. “Colored like a rainbow on the ground.”; “Clouds around the sun reflecting different colors on the people” – such are some of the terms the witnesses used to describe it. The witnesses saw “falling flowers” the famous phenomenon of “angel hair” so consistently reported after the passage of a UFO, and sometimes interpreted as an ionization effect. One man, Manuel Marto, in a statement made under oath during the canonical inquiry reported seeing clearly a luminous globe spinning through the clouds. (Emphasis added)
On August 19, the children had been released and were tending their sheep near Aljustrel when, about 4:00pm they noticed a sudden lowering of temperature. The sun, they said became yellowish; the colors of the rainbow once again filled the countryside visible to adults in the vicinity (as was later established). The bright flash was seen and a glowing light came to settle about a tree near the children. The entity clothed in white and gold stood once more in the center of the glow. The witnesses fell on their knees and “feasted their souls in rapture.” A dialogue followed in which the apparition asked the children to “make sacrifices for sinners.” After ten minutes the Lady of Light departed slowly to the east with a roaring sound.
On September 13, the crowd numbered thirty thousand, including two priests who were absolutely skeptical and had come specifically to establish the falsity of the much-heralded “miracles.” The site of the apparitions was a wide amphitheater where most of the crowd had gathered to be close to the tree of the apparitions. However, the two skeptical priests had chosen a spot on the higher ground from which they could observe everything. The following is based on their report.
Noon. The sun got dimmer, although no clouds were seen in the sky. Thousands cried: “There she is…look!” A globe of light was seen by all, advancing slowly down the valley, from east to west toward the children. It came to rest on the tree. A white cloud formed and, out of the empty sky, shiny white “petals” began to fall. Let us ponder this description of the phenomenon by a witness:
As the people stare at this strange sight they soon notice that the falling, glistening globules, contrary to the laws of perspective, grow smaller and smaller as they near them. And when they reach out their hands and hats to catch them they find that they have somehow melted away.
The children saw the entity again in the center of the globe, and the dialogue began once more between the lady and Lucia. The promise of a miracle on October 13 was again repeated. Then the radiant globe rose and disappeared into the sun.
Asked what he thought the globe was, one of the priests, now quite shaken, stated that “It was a heavenly vehicle that carried the MOTHER of GOD from her throne above to this forbidden wasteland.”…
“The last apparition, as predicted, took place on October 13, 1917. The crowd numbered seventy thousand this time. (The size of the assembled crowd had grown in the following progression: 3, 50, 4500, 18,000, 30,000, 70,000.) The vision was preceded by a flash of light at noon and a sweet strange fragrance. The children engaged in a dialogue with the Lady. Witnesses did observe the dramatic change on the faces of the three children, enraptured by the vision.
The predicted miracle took place as the apparition left the Cova da Iria. The rain that had been pouring down on the crowd suddenly stopped, and the heavy clouds parted. The sun appeared as disk of brilliant silver, “a weird disk that turns rapidly on its own axis and casts off beams of colored lights in all directions. Shafts of red light shot out from the rim of the sun and colored the clouds, the earth, the trees, the people; then shafts of violet, of blue, of yellow and other colors followed in succession.”… (Emphasis added)
“The reports speak of a flat disk rather than a globe. After a while it stopped spinning and “plunged downward in a zig-zag fashion towards the earth and horrified the spectators.”
“Most witnesses believed that their last hour had come. Many of them including the debunkers knelt in the mud and began publicly confessing their sins. Finally the disk reversed its motion and disappeared into the sun, the real sun, once again fixed and dazzling in the sky. The astounded crowd suddenly realized that their cloths were dry.”
“A buzzing or humming sound, a decrease in the Sun’s glow and heat, a small whitish cloud about the tree of the apparitions, and the loud noise of the Lady’s departure.”
Referring to the silvery disk -“Two witnesses looked at it with binoculars and reported seeing a ladder and two beings”
“Such is the story of Fatima as it can be reconstructed from reports of the time and church investigations. The final “miracle” had come at the culmination of a precise series of apparitions combined with contacts and messages that place it very clearly, in my opinion, in the perspective of UFO phenomena. Not only was a flying disk or globe consistently involved, its motion, its falling leaf-trajectory, its light effects, the thunderclaps, the buzzing sounds, the strange fragrance, the fall of “angel hair” that dissolves upon reaching the ground, the heat wave associated with the close approach of the disk– all of these are frequent parameters of UFO sightings everywhere. And so are the paralysis, the amnesia, the conversions, and the healings.” – Jacques Vallee (emphasis added)
What would someone from the 1400s think if they were to witness an F-15E fly over them at 1200 feet traveling 700 mph? Or see a smart phone playing a video with sound?
The Fatima accounts in a calculated way employ a similar condition. The initiators make use of sophisticated technology far beyond a relatively primitive culture’s understanding to promote an agenda including high end holographic projections, voice to skull, advanced metallic aerial craft in line with the sun to deceive the crowd, atmospheric manipulation, microwave radiation effects, and mass, miraculous healings which while not inconceivable indicate a level of technology well beyond our present capabilities.
The actual events of Fatima give a basic, essential insight into the formation of religious dogma.
Fatima is in reality a fairly modern confirmation of option one of Cultural Anthropologist, Margaret Meade’s axiom as contained in The Brookings Report having come to pass forty years before it was ever written.
“Whenever a civilization of lower technology comes into contact with a civilization of higher technology one of two things always occurs –

What Brookings misled the public on is that Meade’s axiom as applied to contact with more technologically advanced extraterrestrial civilizations already went into effect on Earth in successive manifestations starting at least six thousand years ago. All Western religions appear to have been spawned from this same dynamic.
